there are two buttons to insert a link or media that have a different styling from the insert gallery button and they are not kept in one line when the window is smaller - there should never be a break into multiple lines in the button bar over the post editor and the buttons there should all have the same styling and be consistent with styling of other buttons in the post editor (for example the insert gallery uses rounded corners where quick actions for example don't use rounded corners). It looks cluttered and inconsistent as it is right now.
