Submodules use `Phoenix.Component.assign/3` directly (only DraftManagement needs it). The 400-line target was not reachable while keeping all 16 public event handlers + build + HEEx helpers in the coordinator. Validates clean: `mix compile --warnings-as-errors`, `mix dialyzer --format short` (0 errors), `mix test` (342 tests, 0 failures, 4 skipped).
