Align RuDS site-render background tasks with bDS2: count planned URLs before rendering, report 0/total immediately, advance progress per rendered URL, aggregate each task percentage into the task group with pending children contributing zero, and shorten long generated URLs in task messages so rows remain compact. Cover behavior with tests and update the user-facing overview.
