Build a responsive, compact, pure-Rust OpenSim grid agent on libremetaverse. The agent must behave credibly inside the world while remaining safely manageable and observable through an integrated or split control plane and TUI. Its LLM connection has exactly two required settings—an exact OpenAI-compatible endpoint URL and an API key—with no provider presets, provider SDKs, or model catalog. All runtime code and APIs must be cross-platform; Gitea Actions remain ubuntu-latest only. The milestone includes deterministic offline validation, opt-in live-grid evidence, security and resource bounds, deployment, and operator documentation.
