the pull requests pane does not have the server selection icon like the issues pane for example.

Implemented in 201f32f. Added the server-selection button to Pull Requests and made the existing server picker reusable across tabs. Verified the full picker flow in the iPhone 17 Pro simulator, passed all required Rust gates (format, warning-free check, Clippy, and 10 tests), and successfully built/signed and installed the app on the paired iPhone 17.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
