Mojo GPU Backend Transition

New Issue

Track the required macOS and Apple Metal transition to a shared Mojo GPU implementation. Issues #84-#91 must preserve DS4 behavior, meet or exceed DS4Server native Metal on the same Mac, produce reproducible macOS packaging, and close the license audit. CUDA is deliberately deferred to optional follow-up #92 after this milestone is complete and cannot block Metal delivery.
