Since there is now official support and some updates for faster prefilled, we have to resend our code with the new updated ds4 stuff, compare the metal files again and also check the C code for relevant changes. Also use the official supported mtp and dspark support for 0731.

we still want to keep the preview version of DS4Flash as an option, so support both the preview and the 0731 versions parallel. but make the ds4flash 0731 the default one.
