when dev brain is implemented and set up, manage a SOUL.md and USER.md in the obsidian vault in a "memory" subfolder. SOUL.md will be a prompt defining the character of the agent and USER.md will be a definition of core facts about the user of the app. both are provided in the system prompt at the start of a local conversation.
